  Technically, it's O.K. to use an AC adaptor outputting "DC 10V" on a console
	requiring "DC 9V"; the "extra" volt is lost, automatically, in resister heat.
	The converse is not true: a console requiring "DC 10V" cannot use an AC
	adaptor outputting "DC 9V." Also, note that using "DC 10V" on a "DC 9V" may
	result in incremental heating up of components placed near that AC adaptor.
